How can I make a reservation?

The reservation process is simple and quick. You can book your vehicle using one of the following methods:

  • Online: Through our official website.
  • Instant Messaging: Via WhatsApp or Viber.
  • By phone: Call our customer service center.
  • Social Media: Send us a message on Instagram or Facebook. Our team promptly confirms availability and completes your reservation within just a few minutes.

To pick up the vehicle, you will need:

  • A valid driver’s license (held for at least 1 year).
  • ID card or passport.
  • Note: For drivers from outside the EU, an International Driving Permit (IDP) may be required.

Important: For your convenience, no credit card or security deposit is required.

We offer multiple payment options for your maximum convenience:

  • Cash.
  • Debit or credit card.
  • Digital wallets (Apple Pay / Google Pay).
  • PayPal.
  • Bank transfer.

Payment can be made either online or upon vehicle pickup.

You can cancel or modify your reservation free of charge up to 7 days before the scheduled start.

  • Prepaid reservations: A full refund is provided for cancellations made more than 7 days in advance.
  • Late cancellations: In case of cancellation less than 7 days in advance or no-show, a charge may apply.

Our goal is to provide you with the greatest possible flexibility.

The basic rental price includes Collision Damage Waiver (CDW). The liability amount (excess) is defined as follows:

  • From €1,000 for small vehicle categories.
  • Up to €1,500 for the larger categories.

Upgrade options:

  • PDW: Reduction of the excess amount.
  • SCDW: Full coverage with zero excess.
  • TP: Theft protection.

The insurance does not cover damage caused by negligence, nor damage to the tires, the underside, or the interior of the vehicle.

The excess is the maximum amount you may be charged in the event of damage to the vehicle.

Example:
If the excess is €1,000 and damage occurs, you pay up to that amount, not the full cost of the damage.
With optional additional coverage:

  • reduce the excess (e.g., to €300)
  • or it is set to zero (€0)

The smaller the excess, the lower the risk for you.

The minimum age requirement is 20 years old.

  • For drivers aged 20–23, an additional charge (Young Driver Fee) and restrictions on certain vehicle categories may apply.
  • The maximum age limit ranges between 75 and 80 years, subject to prior arrangement.

If you wish to keep the vehicle for longer, please contact us before the end date of the rental. The extension is subject to availability, and the process is completed promptly, without bureaucracy, with an update on the new price.


It is recommended that you inform us as early as possible.

  • Minimum duration: 1 day.
  • Maximum duration: There is no limit. You can keep the vehicle for as long as you wish.

For long-term rentals, we offer the AtFLEX program (month-to-month) with specially advantageous rates.

In the event of an incident, contact us immediately for guidance.
If a third-party vehicle is involved:

  1. Call the Traffic Police.
  2. Exchange details (full name, phone number, license plate, insurance company).

In case of liability, your charge is limited to the excess amount specified in your agreement.

The driver bears full responsibility for any fines resulting from traffic violations during the rental period. The company may charge an administrative fee for processing and forwarding the fines to the authorities.

No, we offer the option to add one additional driver completely free of charge, so you can share the driving experience.

Of course. For the comfort and safety of young passengers, we provide upon request:

  • Infant seats.
  • Baby seats.
  • Booster.

We recommend requesting them at the time of booking to ensure availability.

We follow a "Same to Same" fuel policy: You receive the car with a certain amount of fuel and return it at the same level. A "Full to Full" option is also available upon request.

Our vehicles are intended for use exclusively within Greek territory.


Taking the vehicle outside the country is not permitted.

There is no need to worry. We monitor your flight status in real time and adjust the vehicle delivery time accordingly, with no additional hassle for you.

To maintain the cleanliness and quality of our vehicles, smoking is strictly prohibited.

We offer flexible service points, such as:

  • Thessaloniki Airport (SKG).
  • Train stations and intercity bus (KTEL) stations.
  • Hotels or any other location upon request.
  • For bookings of 4 days or more: Unlimited mileage is provided.
  • For shorter bookings: A specific daily mileage limit may apply.

Month-Month Rentals FAQs

What does the monthly rental include?

The AtFLEX service is designed to offer you an all-inclusive experience with no hidden charges.

The monthly rental includes:

  • Full maintenance: Regular servicing and technical inspections.
  • Insurance coverage: Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) and Theft Protection (TP).
  • Roadside Assistance: Full 24/7 support throughout Greece.
  • Vehicle replacement: Immediate provision of another vehicle in case of breakdown.
  • Other expenses: Road taxes and tire replacement (where required).
  • Extra benefits: One additional driver free of charge and the option to change vehicle category.

With AtFLEX, you enjoy complete freedom, as it is not a traditional leasing program.

  • Minimum duration: 3 months.
  • After the three-month period: You can terminate the lease at any time without penalty.
  • Termination process: For better fleet planning, notice of termination must be provided within the first 10 days of the current month, to take effect the following month.

The process is simple, fast, and without unnecessary bureaucracy. The requirements are:

  • Age: 21 years and over
    (for drivers aged 21–23, a Young Driver Fee may apply).
  • Driving License: Valid for at least 1 year.
  • Identification: Valid ID card or passport.
Of course. You can share the driving by registering additional people. The first additional driver is provided completely free of charge, provided they meet the age requirements and hold a valid license.

We offer three flexible mileage packages so you can choose the one that best suits your needs:

  • 1.500 km / month
  • 2.000 km / month
  • 2.500 km / month

You have the option to adjust your package during the lease. In the event the limit is exceeded, a small, fixed charge per additional kilometer applies.

Pickup is immediate and without delays at locations that serve you:

  • At Thessaloniki Airport (SKG).
  • At your hotel or residence.
  • At any other location of your choice upon request.

The delivery and collection service operates daily from 08:00 to 23:00.

All vehicles are covered by insurance with an excess. In the event of damage, the driver is liable up to the excess amount, unless an insurance upgrade with a reduced or zero excess has been selected.
Yes, this is the essence of AtFLEX flexibility. You can change vehicle category if your needs change (e.g., switching from an economy city car to a spacious SUV for your holidays).
No. Unlike most companies, our monthly lease does not require a credit card or a security deposit. The leasing process is simple and immediate, with no funds held.

Basic coverage with an excess is provided, while upgrade options are offered for greater peace of mind:

  • Excess reduction: Limitation of liability to a lower amount.
  • Full Coverage (SCDW): Zero excess for maximum protection.

Note: Damage to the interior, the undercarriage, tires, or damage caused by gross negligence is not covered.

The driver bears full responsibility for any fines or administrative penalties (e.g., traffic violations) incurred during the lease period. The company undertakes the management and notification of the authorities where required.
